Meditation, Resilience, COVID Pandemic

A message to encourage Resilience due to not in spite of the COVID Pandemic

“takea-moment” to pause, reset, reflect. It is reality that Our lives have undergone a massive disruption. Life will never again be the same.

Indeed, many similarities to the 9/11 cataclysm and its aftermath.

Much is outside of Our control

While it’s inescapable that COVID has rendered Us powerless in many ways it is also true that: ”I control My reactions to Life”

Meditation for even 10 minutes daily can be beneficial.

Numerous Studies have demonstrated this including from: Harvard, Johns Hopkins, NYU

I have briefly focused on just a single aspect of Resilience or “to overcome in a pragmatic way”. There is much more to it.
